Nothing on this site creates, modifies, or binds an insurance contract. Coverage is bound only by a completed application and written confirmation of binding from the Agency or the issuing carrier. The terms of any policy issued control over anything stated on this site.
3. Quotes
Quotes requested through this site are free estimates based on the information you provide. Final premium and eligibility are determined by the carrier upon a completed application, and may differ from any estimate.
4. No misrepresentation intended
The Agency endeavors to keep site content accurate and consistent with Louisiana insurance law. Descriptions of coverage are summaries; they do not list every exclusion, condition, or limit. If anything here appears inconsistent with a policy document, the policy document governs.
5. Claims reporting
The claims information on this site (including carrier phone numbers) is provided for convenience. Reporting a claim through this site or to the Agency does not by itself establish coverage for the loss; coverage determinations are made by the carrier under the policy terms.
